Heather (Senior Editor, she/her) is from Calgary, Alberta. Her science fiction and fantasy stories have appeared in Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Lightspeed, and more. Heather teaches creative writing at the University of Calgary, and leads youth writing workshops with the Calgary Public Library.

They currently reside in New England, where they tolerate the cold in return for views of the ocean. Emily Yu (she/her) is a second-generation Chinese Canadian born to Hong Kong immigrants. She writes and dreams on Moh'kinsstis Treaty 7 territory, also known as Calgary, Alberta. She is a contributing author to a bestselling book anthology titled Landed: Transformative Stories of Canadian Immigrant Women.
