Meet our staff

View our staff page to learn about our Editors, Readers, and where you can find them online.

Heartlines Spec acknowledges its staff live and work within the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation; the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut'ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta; the Massachuset and Wampanoag people.

These Indigenous peoples have lived on these territories for millennia, stewarding the land, the water and all that contributes to life. We honour their ancestors past, present, and future, and recognize their continued existence and contributions to our society.
